How Does Bounce Back Beauty® Work?

Bounce Back Beauty® provides professional massage therapy and manual lymphatic drainage services both in our Brentwood spa suite and via mobile appointments when available.

For in-suite visits, clients are welcomed into our private treatment space designed for comfort, calm, and personalized care.

For mobile services, your therapist will arrive with the massage table, linens, lotions, and music needed to create a professional experience in your home, hotel, or office.

All therapists operate with the highest level of professionalism and respect. We ask that all clients reciprocate the same standard of conduct.

Appointment & Arrival Policy

For in-suite appointments, please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any intake updates.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to avoid impacting the next client. Full session fees still apply.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To best serve all clients, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged in full.

Mobile Appointment Requirements

For in-home services, clients must provide:

  • a safe, clean, smoke-free environment

  • adequate space for table setup

  • a quiet setting suitable for bodywork

  • accessible parking within reasonable distance

Bounce Back Beauty® reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate. Full fees may apply.

Travel fees may apply based on location.
