Your therapist will step out of the room while you get comfortable on the table and will ensure you feel relaxed and supported throughout the session.

**What should I wear to my appointment?**

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of. During your massage, you will undress to your level of comfort and will always be professionally draped with a sheet and blanket. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any time to ensure your comfort and privacy.

**How often should I receive massage or lymphatic drainage?**

Frequency depends on your goals and your body’s needs. Many clients find that receiving massage every 3–4 weeks helps maintain muscle health and reduce stress. Those dealing with chronic tension, recovery from injury, or post-operative swelling may benefit from more frequent sessions initially. During your appointment, we can discuss a schedule that best supports your wellness goals.

**Do you offer packages or memberships?**

Yes. We offer treatment packages and a monthly membership for clients who want to make massage and bodywork part of their regular wellness routine. Packages allow you to purchase a series of treatments at a reduced rate, while our membership provides a monthly massage along with additional benefits. Both options are designed to support consistency in your care and help you maintain the long-term benefits of bodywork.

**How early should I arrive for my appointment?**

We recommend arriving **10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time** to allow yourself time to settle in and relax before your session begins. Arriving early helps ensure we are able to use your full appointment time for hands-on treatment.

**What is your cancellation policy?**

We understand that schedules can change and appointments may need to be rescheduled. To best serve all clients, we kindly ask for **at least 24 hours’ notice** to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full service charge.
